This notice describes what Wovlins: Glyph Match collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written from what the game's code actually does, not from a template.
The short version
The game does not ask for your name, your email or your contacts. It does not know where you are. It does not use the Android advertising ID, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. What it does keep is a random ID for your own save, and records of what happens in the game.
What is collected
A random player ID. Generated on your device the first time you play. It is not derived from anything about you or your phone, and you can replace it at any time by deleting your game data in Settings. It exists so your progress can be restored and so crash and balance reports can be grouped.
Gameplay events. Levels started and finished, stars earned, moves used, boosters used, crystals earned and spent, which screens you open, and errors the game runs into. These are used to find levels that are too hard or broken, and bugs.
Purchase records. When you buy something, Google Play tells the game what you bought so it can be delivered and restored later. Your payment details go to Google and never reach the game or the publisher — the game never sees your card, your name or your billing address.
Ad interactions. If ads are shown, the ad provider records that an ad was requested, shown or completed.
Device and app basics. Platform, app version, language, and approximate screen size, to reproduce problems.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or files.
- No location, of any precision.
- No advertising identifier. The app's manifest explicitly removes the
AD_IDpermission. - No tracking across other apps or websites. On iOS the game never asks for tracking permission and never uses the IDFA.
- No microphone, camera or chat. There is no way for players to send each other anything.
Ads
Ads are non-personalised only. Every request is tagged npa=1 and limited to a "G" content
rating, regardless of your age or where you are. Non-personalised ads are chosen from the content
you are looking at rather than from a profile of you.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your ad consent through Google's official consent form before any ad SDK starts. The ad SDK is not initialised until you have answered.
Buying No Forced Ads removes ads that interrupt you. Optional ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available, and some rewards are given to you without an ad once you own it.
Children
The game asks your age band at first launch. If you are under 13:
- ads are tagged as child-directed and remain non-personalised,
- external links are hidden,
- no advertising identifier is ever read.
The publisher does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information you want removed, contact quevnointeractive@gmail.com and it will be deleted.
Who the data goes to
- Google Play — purchases and subscriptions (Google's own privacy policy applies).
- Google AdMob — ad delivery, when ads are enabled.
- Google Play Games — cloud save, if you sign in.
- The publisher — gameplay events, if a telemetry endpoint is configured.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for anyone else's advertising.
How long it is kept
Gameplay events are kept while they are useful for fixing and balancing the game, and no longer than 24 months. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. Your save lives on your own device, and in your Google Play Games saved games if you sign in.
Your choices
- Delete everything. Settings → "Delete my game data" erases your save and your player ID on the device and asks for the server-side copy to be deleted. This cannot be undone.
- Turn off cloud save in Settings.
- Change your ad consent at any time from Settings, where consent applies to you.
- Ask us. Write to quevnointeractive@gmail.com to ask what is held about your player ID, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the EEA or the UK you have those rights under the GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Everything sent off the device goes over HTTPS. Your save is stored on your own device.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes, and a material change is announced in the game.
