"Quevno Interactive" is a trading name of a sole proprietorship, not a separate legal entity. The person named above is the one these terms bind.
1. The agreement
By installing or playing Wovlins: Glyph Match you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
2. Your licence
The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control. You may not sell it, rent it, take it apart, modify it, or try to get at its source code or assets, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.
3. What you buy
The game sells crystals, boosters, hearts, and a one-time No Forced Ads purchase.
- Crystals, hearts and boosters are consumable. They are a limited licence to use a feature inside this game. They are not currency, they have no cash value, they cannot be traded, sold or transferred, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
- No Forced Ads is permanent for your Google account. It can be restored on another device from Settings → Restore purchases.
- Prices are shown by Google Play in your own currency, and Google Play takes the payment. Wovlins Studio never sees your payment details.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, that right applies and is not reduced by these terms.
- If your purchase is refunded or charged back, the thing you bought may be removed from your account.
4. Your account and your save
Your progress is stored on your device, and in Google Play Games saved games if you sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account. If you delete your game data, uninstall the game without cloud save, or lose access to your Google account, your progress and anything you have bought may be gone and cannot be recovered.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, modify the game, use automated play, exploit bugs for advantage, or try to obtain purchases without paying. Doing so may end your licence and your access to anything you bought.
6. Ads
The game shows ads unless you buy No Forced Ads. Ads come from third parties and their content is not ours. Non-personalised ads only, as described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Changes to the game
The game is a service as much as a product. Levels, prices, balance and features can change, and parts of it can be withdrawn. If the game is shut down entirely, the publisher will give notice in the game where it reasonably can, and will stop selling purchases before it does.
8. Things we do not promise
The game is provided "as is". The publisher does not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will run on every device. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost purchases. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending this agreement
You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game. The publisher may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 survive.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Manitoba, Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Manitoba, Canada. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live.
